After receiving a counter-offer this morning, we've agreed on a price and are moving forward with the purchase! Here's the house we're buying.
If all goes well, we'll close on October 10. We'll keep you all posted! Medford, here we come!

Supposedly we move in a week. It's not clear if our house will be ready. Kansas Dad still has a lot of painting and some plumbing issues to work out.
I was sorry to hear the house fell through. I'm sure you'll find something even better soon!
(And, if not, at least you'll get to live with some very good friends for a while.)
