Our lettuce has been growing very well, and there were way too many lettuce plants all together (I think I remember a bit of a seed spill with these), so I had to thin them out. We had a great salad with some of these baby greens mixed in! (For scale, this is a cereal bowl--the thinnings alone would have made a single-serving salad. Not bad!)

We have the same problem of a seed spill in our carrot section. The girls are insistant that we leave them all there...we'll see what happens.
