Sitting up, and teeth!

Gideon's been working on his sitting lately. He can sit alone for a minute or so, but still needs a spotter for the inevitable tumble to the side or back. He's also been pushing up on his tummy, and gotten almost to hands and knees several times. We're going to have to start thinking about really babyproofing pretty soon!

Gideon's first tooth appeared on July 16. Since then the second tooth has seemed imminent, but hasn't broken the surface yet. Judging from his recent fussiness, drooling, and biting, I would guess it won't be long.
