Last weekend we were invited by cousins E and S to go to a Maple Sugar Farm and go on a tour with them. The tour was excellent, 1.5 hours long, and FREE. It was really warm that day and fun to be outside. Here are a few highlights:
Muddy Boots and sticks
Drilling a hole in a maple tree
Carrying our buckets of sap
Seeing how the Native Americans made maple syrup (with hot rocks!)

Matt should go on one of these to see how much work it is to run a maple sugar farm... You know, that is his dream (one of many, I should say) after retirement!
